Your data, held lightly.
This policy covers what Kite Marketing Agency ("Kite", "we") collects through kitemktagency.com and what we do with it. Short version: we collect what you send us in the brief form, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
- The brief form: your name, email address, and anything you choose to add — company, budget range, deadline and project description.
- Direct contact: whatever you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
What we use it for
- Responding to your enquiry and preparing our point of view on your project.
- Keeping a record of the conversation if we end up working together.
What we do not do
- Sell or rent your information to anyone.
- Add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
- Share your brief outside the team who would work on it.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry details for as long as the conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Email info@kitemktagency.com at any time to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
